Down payment is fully refunded only when reservations are cancelled at least 21 days in advance of the scheduled arrival date.

Deposit & Cancellation Policy

All reservations require a down payment of the 30% of the total cost of the reservation in two (2) days after our written admission of your request, by deposit at the Commercial Bank (Emporiki Bank) of Greece (Branch 747, Astypalaia, account number: 40669761, name “Maroula Kolidaki”, swift system). If the prepayment (30%) is not paid in the above limits or the deposit’s receipt isn’t sent to us (by fax or by e-mail), there isn’t any reservation without any obligation of our enterprise to the client (neither notice, nor money return).
Any cancellation made within 21 days before arrival date results in 30% charge of the stay. In case of no-show or departure prior to scheduled date results in 100% charge of the stay.
